What is FRIES CHICKEN SHOP?
A chef who fell in love with authentic fried chicken while training overseas.
(Worked as a supervisor at a local chicken shop.)
Inspired by cooking methods, flavors, and serving styles different from those in Japan, the chef wanted to share the unforgettable, smile-inducing excitement experienced back then with people in Japan. That passion led to the opening of FRIES CHICKEN SHOP OSAKA as a takeout-only shop.It later evolved into a chicken shop with an eat-in space. （from February 5, 2026)

What’s on the menu at FRIES CHICKEN SHOP?
At FRIES, we mainly serve three items: Chicken Tenders, Loaded Fries, and Chicken Wraps (coming soon). You can freely choose your chicken flavors and sauces, so have fun discovering your own favorite combination. Dip the chicken all the way in, or pour the sauce generously over the top—either way is perfect. Forget about calories or guilt and dig in!
